I made a smaller home this time for my new Sim that is baby crazy. Of course this isn’t going to last her as she already has two children and is pregnant with her third. That’s going to be four people and then five including her husband (who cheats!).

However, this is a fantastic starter home as it has one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen/family room area. As long as you aren’t trying to put some industrial equipment supplies, then you’ll be fine. It’s small and the price is as well. I think about 13,000 and something. I haven’t packaged it or anything. Still not sure if the houses are worth offering to people but we’ll see!
