I have a 2 year old son now and reading your post took me back to that first ultrasound and the first kicks (and yes, they hurt a lot at the end but soooo worth it). And I don't know where about are you but in Vancouver they won't tell you the gender until you are 24 weeks, but every place is different. We didn't ask though, we wanted it to be a surprise although I knew from the very first day I was having a boy :) Congratulations again and enjoy (yes enjoy even when you can't sleep anymore) every day as time flies and soon you'll be running behind a busy busy toddler.
