My little weight loss secret

I was talking to one of my sisters on IM’s the other night about weight loss and how it’s hard to do. I’m overweight and was overweight before the pregnancy. After the pregnancy I lost all the weight I gained from in in about a week and a half and was back to pre-pregnancy weight.

Well, having that conversation got me curious about the damage I’ve done since knowing I was pre-pregnancy weight. I haven’t been walking because it’s too hot to take the baby out. Well, I’ve been doing nothing fitness wise.

Which is why I was super surprised when I stepped on the scale and saw that I’ve dropped 14 pounds from my weight.

How’d I do it? With a little help..
