I thought I would write a normal post here for something different just to get a little recap of what’s been going on and why things have kind of slowed down. My husband is setting up a new van so that we can all go out with him when he goes on the road and pilots/escorts for oversized trucks. During the time he’s driving I usually get a lot reading done because it’s driving basically all day long and besides keeping the kid entertained and happy during the trips, there’s not a lot you can do, right?
When we are at the house I tend to slack off on my reading. I still read for a few hours a night however, I don’t get nearly as many books read. So, that is why the reviews have been a tad bit slower than they were say before Christmas.
Another thing that I have decided to add to the website is reviews of children’s books which I am going to call Kiddie Corner Review. Pretty unique name, isn’t it? Since the kid gets a lot of books I figured I would start sharing the ones that he particularly enjoys and maybe it’ll help other moms out there pick books out for their children. Remember though, he’s only two (almost three) so the books will be simple and quick reads. This will only be a once a week or once every couple weeks thing and I won’t be hurt if you just skip over them. However, I enjoy reading the children’s book reviews on others sites so thought I would do the same.
That is what is going on at the moment and I appreciate everyone that stops by as well as comments!

I really like driving and reading. A kiddie corner is a great idea. I’m always looking for good reads for me, and my kids. I’ve got a two year old as well, so I’m sure there’d be some good cross over. It’d make a great addition.
Thanks for the input! I’m glad someone things it’s a good idea
