So, since my husband is the one dealing with the server and everything, this is his area. Thank goodness for them because I would be a lunatic if I had to call them. My husband tried to call them but since it was over the weekend they didn't answer. So he puts in a support ticket. Mind you, you have to sign in to your account in order to do this. This is the response we get:
Thank you for contacting us. It's possible that the payment was received, but hasn't been matched up to your account yet. Can you please give me the payment amount and date? With than information, I can locate the payment faster.
It's POSSIBLE?! IT IS POSSIBLE? Are you kidding me? If the payment wasn't received we would NOT have the server. Shouldn't they be able to look up your payment history?! Ugh. Of course my husband says, "This really isn't such a big deal." Oh okay, you try getting a hundred dollar bill for something that we JUST paid for. Isn't a big deal my ass.
