I went ahead with it and made some cupcakes yesterday. This is the first time I ever used my piping bags to frost cupcakes. The frosting is a buttercream frosting...it began melting due to the humidity. That sucked but the cupcakes were really good. Maybe one day the frosting won't melt and it will look like the frosting the pro's make!
