Shaina is in the hospital

Going with the prior post of Shaina (my sister) having her due date yesterday she had some super bad contractions around 12:30 this morning. They called the doctor to get his opinion and he said to go to the hospital. They left around 2am. Jamie and I stayed behind since we are on limited funds and are driving a gas guzzling Suburban. I didn't want to follow them out there to find out it was a false pregnancy. So instead I have been up waiting for the phone call. That phone call came in a couple minutes ago which was about 4:15 this morning. Shaina is indeed staying at the hospital and they have her hooked up to monitors I guess. There really was no explanations given to me. But in a couple hours when the gas stations open up we will be on our way to the hospital and hopefully not too late. Jamie is sleeping right now but I just can't sleep. I laid down but it's not going to happen.

I hope all goes well and I hope she isn't in labor too long. Shaina took a break from blogging on her websites but go over and give her some well wishes! Her websites are Shainakins and First Tyme Mom.

Edit: Well she is in labor but not enough to stay in the hospital. She's home now so here continues the waiting game.
