Well today is Wednesday which means that it is a baking cupcake day! I am a little concerned with baking cupcakes today though. With the being on constant "ready to go" mode for Shaina to go into labor I don't want to be in the middle of baking my cupcakes and then she's ready to go to the hospital! Although, I really do enjoy baking cupcakes and want to do it.
Decisions decisions. I also have to see if we even have enough ingredients to get the cupcake job done. Today is the perfect day to bake weather wise. Very nice and cool. I'm loving it.
I was planning on trying my hand at some red velvet cupcakes today. Don't know if that's what I want to do or not now! Grr! If you see cupcake pictures here today you'll know what I decided!
