Despite the previous cake disasters it turned out pretty good. It didn't stop at the cake having to be made a million times. I also messed up the Swiss Meringue Buttercream that I tried and of course that took the rest of my butter. I went to the store and came home and just made the regular buttercream. I put more vanilla in it though and it tasted delicious.
The fondant came out well actually. The only problem that I had with it was that I didn't roll it thin enough. I guess with that I wasn't patient enough. I haven't gotten the pictures off our camera yet but when I do I will of course be taking pictures. I just figured that I would write and say that it actually came out good and didn't look too bad either. So a whole fun filled Monday wasn't for a total waste!
