Last night was freezing! I decided to just sit in bed and watch tv while I did some schoolwork. It was much warmer under the blanket
Lately I've been using my exercise ball as a chair. It's supposed to be good for your core or something I think. Plus, when I'm bored I try to balance on it with my feet up. That really works the thighs
I found my Fit Day CD yesterday! That made me happy. I can start tracking everything again and having the graphs and such. I'm excited about that. In a bit we're going for a walk. I'm going to start doing the Fitness Magazine plan on how to work up to running for a straight 30 minutes. I'd like to start running but always take it too quickly.
