Play Pool!
I absolutely suck at playing pool. Then again, I have only really played it once before and I was really little. All the other times I have played it...was on those little things that you buy at the dollar stores. Heck, I even suck at those! I think it's the coordination I can not seem to get down. What I love watching though, it is going to sound weird and maybe geeky though, is those trick tournaments that they have on television! Where they have to do the tricks and if they fail then they don't get points or something. They have all the nice equipments though like pool cues and stuff. I never see it on though...I only watched it when my grandpa was in the hospital. Weird.
Lockdown
Oh wow. I watched a show before I went to bed last night called Lockdown. I don't know if anyone has heard of it but it is on National Geographic and is about prisons and what happens there and how their security is and everything. This one guy actually got angry because he got sentenced to 150 days in solitary and he got 50 days added to his sentence. Why? He had been fighting and I guess that prison is for all the REALLY bad people and the hostile ones. It is crazy. On the 13th there is a new episode called the "First Timers". I tell ya, I would never want to go to prison but watching it in the safety of my own home where there is closed captioning service is a lot more exciting!
The Countdowns
I really do not remember New Years and the past year being remembered so much like this one is. Like, mostly on the celebrity blogs I guess. If you look at it celebrity gossip wise, a lot went down this year. This one site has been doing different things like "The Year in Britney" and "The Year in Becks". There was a couple other posts but I didn't read it. What will you remember most about this year that is now coming to an end? Is it the awesome billet grilles that you got? Or maybe just that struggle that you got through? For me...I think what I will remember most is that one of my friends got her life together and had a baby...and my sister pulling her head out of her butt 
Happy New Years...Eve
Nothing special going on at all. I managed to get up earlier than usual. 9am! That is unusual for me. It is a bit chilly this morning though which sucks. The sun is shining though. Last night, Shaina was sending me links for houses that they were looking at in town. Some of them are really nice. Really overpriced for the area and the way the market is at the moment though. They're writing down which ones they want to walk through when they get here. I really have to get cracking cleaning this room. I have nothing planned tonight for the New Years Eve...but I never do. Big partier here.

Room Heaters
Almost the dead of winter and I am still thinking of ways to keep warm and to keep our room warm. We have the downstairs all figured out with the wood stove, but for our room we need to buy a new room heater. I was thinking of something like gas portable heaters. They of course wouldn't go in my room but maybe for the porch area, since it is ventilated pretty well. But, for the room, I have to think of something that will be low cost to run as well as can be out of the way since I have the dog and the cats running around the room. I was looking at the Propane Vent-Free Gas Wall Heaters that DESA Online Outlet has for sale and think it is a good option and it runs on propane so there is no high electricity bill staring at me. Good options on that site.
