Day 2 at the Jamboree

Well we went to the Jamboree again tonight. We were going to go just walk around for a little while but then there was a band playing called Biscuit Miller and The Mix that struck our attention. He was really good and I think we stayed there listening to him about an hour and a half or two hours. It was a lot of fun actually. Tomorrow is the day when there is a lot of events going so it will be even more fun. Now, I'm getting ready to take a shower and call it a night.

Jamboree Time and theives

Yesterday marked the first day of the Jamboree here. Of course we went to check out the first night of it and even watched the Light Parade which we found out was more or less a Shriner's parade. It was really neat though, I love watching them. The above picture was taken by my husband.

Here's the kicker though. I went to the myspace page that the Montpelier Jamboree has and was looking through their photos. Thank goodness they were public because I sure don't have a Myspace account. Anyway, when I was looking at the pictures a lot of them were looking mighty familiar. Turns out that they took and didn't credit my husbands pictures from his Montpelier Jamboree Flickr Set.

Can you believe that? Jamie's going to write them and ask for at least credit on the photos. Hell, their main picture for their profile is even his picture!

The Jamboree is coming to town!

In about three days the Montpelier Jamboree is going to begin. It is a tiny little thing as you can imagine! It disrupts the traffic going through and around the town but it is worth it because it is actually quite fun. You can get out of your house to do something without spending the money on gas. I'm looking forward to these tall tropic like drinks they have. I wanted one last year but didn't want to spend the money. This year I am going to spend the money dang it! I want the cup too! There is a parade also which is really fun the past couple of times we've been. This year we have actual chairs to sit on! I won't have to sit on the curb in the sun!

Oh, did I mention Jeremy is coming home on Wednesday? I think I did but I'm super excited!
