The Family

The best thing about going on vacations is the memories that you make while you are there. The funny memories are the best that you can hold onto. When we lived in California it was a yearly tradition to go camping at Dillon's Beach. We would go towards the end of summer kind of just to kick things off to a good start for the school year. Anyway, there were plenty of great memories that we made during our numerous trips out there. One of them that still make me laugh is when my husband had first come to visit me (not my husband then) and we went camping there. My little sister and my little brother were going to the ocean with my husband. They had to walk up this giant hill of sand that was adjacent the camp spot so we were watching when all of a sudden my little brother starts running around in circles, literally! He was running around and around and it looked like he was running for dear life. They came back after Jamie had been laughing and told us what happened. A bee was following him and he said it was trying to go up his shorts! A BEE! We've had plenty of funny memories that if I were to list them all this post would never end!

With our family I am sure there will be more vacations and good memories to be had. I have been thinking of new places to go to such as the Madame Tussauds wax museum which I think would be really fun. Trusted Tours & Attractions have a lot of really need deals that you can get. We have a new addition to our family! Shaina went to the hospital Thursday, August 14th around 12:20am.

Isn't he gorgeous? When I leaned in to talk to him about biting off his toes (it's an ongoing thing since she's been pregnant) I looked down and noticed he had a message for me:

So, there you have it! I was a day off on when he would come too. I could have won some money! Shaina and Jeremy are supposed to come home tomorrow afternoon.

Today is Shaina's due date. She has been having some horrible contractions also. Yesterday they brought her to her knees and we thought it was about time but they subsided and that was that. She has a feeling that the baby is going to on time. So we are all basically in a waiting game but I am almost positive that it will happen sometime in the middle of the night. Why? Our family can't do anything at normal times.
