What kind of cupcakes
As crazy as it is, I still have to bake cupcakes for parties. Can you imagine? The horror! As you can tell from the cupcake of the day I haven't made cupcakes since Halloween-ish. That's horrible! But, I figure that I am on cupcake strike! I want that Kitchenaid Stand Alone Mixer to make cupcakes with! But alas, I cannot hold out from the cute little beautifully portioned cakes! I am, however, having a bit of trouble in deciding which kind of cupcakes that I should make for the parties. I was thinking of something with peppermint in it. Perhaps a chocolate cupcake with some ganache on it then some peppermint frosting and maybe some Andes mints on top. Maybe that would be too much mint? AHH! Any help?
