Mortgage Rate in California

Obviously we used to live in California, but we didn't own a home there. My mother and ex-stepfather owned a home in Southern California but that was years ago. Everything in California is very expensive, from food to houses. Which means that mortgage rates are no different. California mortgage rates are very large but you can have help finding the lowest ones if possible. Or, you can always do what we did, buy a house somewhere outside of California and ditch the high mortgage rates! I know, that's not an option for everyone, but it should be!

Urgh, I know what you mean. Everything is so expensive here in the DC area...but once you drive out to Ohio, the expenses dropppp haha. Thanks for the comment!
