It seems like everywhere there is a big thing with real estate. The United Kingdoms is no different. They have something called
HIPs which is Home Information Packs. They became active on August 1st for four bedroom homes and more. What they do is contain a number of things such as the evidence of title, terms of the sale, an energy efficient assignment and more. RICS is the one working with the UK government to introduce the HIPS into the real estate world. There is a lot of information on the current situations with the HIPS and what RICS is doing and their views at the website that I linked to. I found it to be a very interesting read although I am not personally from the UK, I know some of my readers are.
