My stomach just dropped as I looked to the calendar. I knew the date, I had been going over the stuff that has to be done this coming week all day in my head and out loud. There will be a few days leading up to the end of next week but then it's all going to hit. Hit like a rock! The night of the 18th I have to bake cupcakes for my brothers school Christmas party. The 20th we are having our baking day. The 23rd my husband and brother have their Martial Arts Christmas party which I am baking for and also have to go to it. I also have to babysit my nephew for a few hours that day so my sister can pick up a couple things. This of course is not counting the last minute present buying that is going to be going on.

One of the good thing with last minute gifts are the sales that go on! Oh yes, I love the sales. What I would really like from buy.com is their Kaiser Christmas Cookie Cutters! We have decided that this year we are having a big sugar cookie decorating thing like when we were younger. It would be awesome to have the Santa, candle, train, bell, reindeer full and reindeer head cutters that go along with it. They are really cute and would make adorable cookies, don't you think? I love Christmas baking. It's delicious!

I know there are a lot of people that are out there that go on holiday trips during the Christmas time and spend Christmas in other places. Whether it is with your family or just somewhere new and exciting there are no judgments here from me! I would not mind going on a Christmas trip myself. To see other places during the holidays would be a blast. Of course, I cannot do that because money is a big factor and that I love spending it at home with decorations and familiar places. Anyway, say you want to go somewhere special. Somewhere with charm and style.



Think outside the box. Do not think about Paris, Italy, or Rome. Think Branson, Missouri! I know what you are thinking! I am not crazy. My grandpa was actually born in Missouri and he loves it out there. If I was to go and stay at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing or Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel I would check out their Theatre District! It is only five miles away but there is nothing but good things said for it. The Hilton is a stand up hotel and beautiful on the inside. What better way to vacation than in a Hilton room??

Today is Black Friday. Did I do anything on it? Yes I actually did. This is my first year getting up at an ungodly hour to check out the deals. It wasn't even as bad as I figured it would be. Of course this is probably because the Wal-Mart that we went to is in a smaller town and not some big city. Black Friday and
Cyber Monday are very popular days for deals.

I bought some DVDs and stuff for Christmas presents. I am so glad that it wasn't like New York where that poor employee got trampled and killed. Sales are not worth peoples lives!
