<p style="text-align: left;">It was good though. Tonight&#8217;s Jillian workout didn&#8217;t see <em>as</em> bad as before. Still no walk in the park!</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Speaking of walks in the park, this summer I am definitely taking that little beauty up there on walks to the park. I&#8217;m sure she misses it! However, I just don&#8217;t think we need to have to get the <a href="http://www.exitsignwarehouse.com/">emergency lights</a> going when she goes floating down the river after a stick or something. Not a good thing!</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Watched the Biggest Loser tonight too. Ugh, I hate cliff hangers.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I know that they will make the 77 pound total weight loss though. They have to! I don&#8217;t want to see anyone go home! I&#8217;m sure a dork. Well, it&#8217;s almost midnight and I need to crawl my butt into bed!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For the last couple of days or so Shaina and I have been getting back into exercising. It&#8217;s about time plus we want to lose some weight. Well, she wants to lose the tiny bit of baby weight she has on her and I <strong>need</strong> to lose weight to have a baby and be healthy altogether.</p>
<p>Anyway, we started with Walk Away the Pounds which we both agree we like. It&#8217;s fun and more challenging than it looks.</p>
<p>Today we stepped it up when I had the bright idea to try out an exercise DVD that is by Jillian Michael&#8217;s called The 30 Day Shred. Wow. Wow. Wow.</p>
<p>This workout kicks your butt on just level 1. You&#8217;re supposed to do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and level 3 for 10 days. By the end of the total 30 days you should lose about 20 pounds with diet as well.</p>
<p>I believe this will happen. It&#8217;s so insane how much she really kicks you into gear. I loved it though. Not a minute of rest. If you were to rest she says you can only rest for 5 seconds.</p>
<p>I wanted to rest <em>after</em> 5 seconds of doing it! We were both pretty sore right after doing it. I can just imagine what waking up tomorrow is going to be like!</p>
<p>It&#8217;s so going to be worth it though!</p>
